Transparent chauffeur pricing
NYC Chauffeur Service Rates & Pricing
Swift Chauffeur Worldwide publishes chauffeur service rates transparently. Airport transfers, hourly chauffeur service, intercity routes, and regional point-to-point pricing below are quoted before dispatch, with itinerary-specific extras flagged before confirmation.
Standard rates include the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, and listed tolls. Airport reservations can include flight-detail review, terminal meet-and-greet instructions, and complimentary wait time when those details are confirmed at booking. Gratuity is not included in the base rate — industry standard is 20%.
Flat-rate first
Airport and point-to-point trips are priced before pickup so assistants, principals, and families can approve the movement before dispatch.
Vehicle class matters
Sedan, SUV, S-Class, and Sprinter pricing is shown separately because passenger count, luggage, and arrival profile change the right cabin.
Dispatch confirms edge cases
Complex waits, extra stops, group movement, private aviation, and multi-day travel should be confirmed by dispatch before the itinerary is locked.

Pricing FAQ
Chauffeur rates — frequently asked questions
The short version: use the tables for standard airport, hourly, regional, and intercity pricing; use dispatch for itinerary-specific edge cases before the ride is assigned.
01How much does a chauffeur cost in NYC?+
NYC chauffeur service pricing breaks down into three categories. Airport transfers run $75-$195 (sedan) flat-rate depending on airport. Hourly chauffeur service runs $95-$175 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Intercity routes (NYC-Boston, NYC-DC, NYC-Philadelphia) range from $485-$1,595 depending on destination and vehicle class.
02Are your chauffeur rates all-inclusive?+
Our flat-rate transfers include the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, and standard tolls listed in the confirmed reservation. Airport reservations can include flight-detail review, meet-and-greet instructions, and complimentary wait time when confirmed at booking. Not included by default: gratuity, parking fees for hourly bookings in congested areas, and out-of-area mileage surcharges on long-distance routes.
03Do you charge surge pricing?+
Swift does not use rideshare-style live surge multipliers after a reservation is quoted. Route, stops, wait time, vehicle class, and special handling are reviewed before dispatch so the final confirmed quote reflects the actual trip instead of a live app-demand multiplier.
04Is there a minimum booking for hourly chauffeur service?+
Yes. The minimum is 2 hours for sedan, SUV, and S-Class bookings, and 3 hours for Sprinter Van bookings. Minimums apply because the chauffeur is assigned to your booking exclusively — they do not pick up other fares during your reservation.
05What's the cancellation policy?+
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee up to the full booking value, depending on vehicle class, dispatch status, and how much notice you provide. Flight-delay-related timing issues on airport bookings are reviewed against the confirmed reservation notes and wait-time policy.
06Do you offer corporate rates?+
Yes. Corporate accounts can include consolidated monthly invoicing, traveler-level cost center notes, account-ready trip documentation, and dispatch context for recurring travelers. Contact info@swiftchauffeursworldwide.com to set up a corporate account.
07Why is a chauffeur service sometimes more expensive than Uber Black?+
Base rates can be similar or slightly higher. The difference is predictability and trip control: confirmed pricing, professional uniformed chauffeurs, fleet vehicles, airport pickup planning, and account-ready documentation when requested. For unpredictable travel or anyone billing expenses, the confirmation trail is often worth the premium.
08Can I pay with a corporate card?+
Yes. We accept all major corporate cards (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Diners), direct bill to corporate accounts, and invoicing with Net-15 or Net-30 terms for approved accounts.
