By using the website or services of Swift Chauffeur Worldwide ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services
Swift Chauffeur Worldwide provides chauffeur and ground transportation services in the New York metropolitan area, Connecticut, and New Jersey. Services include airport transfers, hourly charter, point-to-point transfers, corporate transportation, and event transportation. All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
2. Booking and confirmation
Bookings are made through our website (swiftchauffeursworldwide.com), our booking platform, or by email (info@swiftchauffeursworldwide.com). A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or message with your ride details. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
Quoted prices are valid at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on vehicle type, route, and date. The final price confirmed at booking is the price you pay — no surge pricing, no hidden fees.
3. Cancellation and refunds
- Free cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge
- Late cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee equal to the base fare or a minimum charge
- No-show: If you do not appear for your scheduled pickup within the wait time window, the full fare may be charged
- Flight delays: For airport pickups, we track your flight and accommodate delays at no extra charge. You will not be charged a no-show fee for flight delays
4. Payment
Payment is processed through our booking platform. We accept major credit cards and corporate accounts. For corporate accounts, invoices are issued per your billing arrangement. All prices are in US dollars. Gratuity is not included unless otherwise noted.
5. Wait time
For airport arrivals, complimentary wait time begins when your flight lands:
- Domestic flights: 30 minutes complimentary wait time
- International flights: 60 minutes complimentary wait time
For non-airport pickups, your chauffeur arrives 10 minutes early. A 15-minute grace period is included after the scheduled pickup time. Additional wait time may be charged.
6. Passenger conduct
Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive intoxication are not permitted. Damage to vehicles will be assessed and charged to the passenger. We reserve the right to end a ride if passenger conduct threatens the safety of the driver or vehicle.
7. Liability
Swift Chauffeur Worldwide carries commercial auto liability insurance as required by law. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service. We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control
- Personal items left in vehicles (though we make reasonable efforts to return them)
- Missed flights or appointments due to circumstances outside our control
- Third-party services or platforms linked from our website
8. Intellectual property
All content on swiftchauffeursworldwide.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Swift Chauffeur Worldwide and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
